Return/Exchange Policy
We want the best for our customers! If you are not happy with your order, you may use our websites contact forum on the tab "Contact Us" at the top of the page. You may also email us at ilicitlover.jp@gmail.com with questions or concerns. We would be more than happy to work out the best possible solution to your problem.
Returns
Once you have received your product(s), you may return them within 14 days of receiving the product(s) as long as the product meets our return guidelines. After we have received your return we will contact you and you will receive a full refund for your product(s).
Return Guidelines:
- Air fresheners: Must be unopened
- Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition with original tags.
- Item was already damaged/defective upon receiving.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be made if you have received the wrong item in the mail. You may contact us within 7 days of receiving the wrong product(s). Once we have received tracking for the wrong product(s) sent, we will send the correct product(s).

Sale/Clearance items and nonreturnable
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for sending items back to us when doing returns only.
